loosing weight WITHOUT EXERCISE Tips

* To loose weight gradually (5-6 months)

All you need to do is, as soon as you brush your teeth (in the morning) in an empty stomach drink a glass of the below juice.
How to make the juice???

You need to mix:

> 2 table spoon of honey
> 4 drops of lemon juice
> A glass of water

Mix the above ingredients throughly and drink it empty stomach.
